He secured the Novarica Research Council’s Impact Award in 2014 for creating and introducing a ground-breaking e-signature and fulfillment system, the first insurance industry solution allowing policy payments using PayPal and providing customers multiple payment options. He strengthened new customer experiences by creating a comprehensive mobile platform supporting end-to-end new business processing capabilities, from quoting and case status to payments processing and more. He designed and introduced an integrated underwriting solution using agile teams with on-site and offshore contributors, forecasted to deliver up to $40M in cost savings and predicted to increase market share twofold.
